Our Shipping Policy

Shipping to different addresses: If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
Shipping using multiple shipping methods: If you wish to ship items using different shipping methods, you will need to place separate orders.

International shipping: Orders can only be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship your order within the next business day.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
We offer 1-day air saver, 2-day, 3-day, and standard ground delivery service through UPS. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

Our Return Policy

It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) — we want you to be 100% happy with your China Mist tea experience and purchase. If you have received an order and you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will do our best to make things right. Simply send us an email within 30 days of receipt and our Customer Support team will be happy to help you.

A couple things to note:

Tea is a stable product that can be used beyond the “Best By” Date. We do our best to send our customers teas that are at least 60 days from the Best By Date. However, if you receive product that is beyond that date, please contact our Customer Care Team and they’ll be happy to help out.

Because tea is a food product, it isn’t going to be necessary to return it. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.
